Magnetic drive pumpsTBK/TBAK series - Magnetic drive centrifugal / side channel pump
The TBK/TBAK is an evolution of the standard TBH/TBA model where safety requires magnetic operation to handle and secure hazardous fluids. It has the same hydraulic characteristics with its high efficiency at low flows with high pressures. These pumps reach a very low NPSH value making them particularly suitable for pumping liquids close to boiling point and in severe conditions. The special design ensures the pumping of liquids containing gases and in particular liquefied gases.Pompetravaini -
Magnetic drive pumpsTCK series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
Magnetic drive single-stage centrifugal pump with closed impeller, sized according to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards and derived from the TCH series. The pump has an innovative design with high quality components.Pompetravaini -
Centrifugal pumpsTCHM/TCTM series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps in compact design ISO 2858
TCHM and TCTM series of Pompetravaini are of the highest quality with high efficiency and attractive price to chemical industry and industry in general. These robust and reliable pumps are based on the TCH series. They are manufactured in accordance with ISO standards 2858 and 5199. They are available in combination in simple monobloc assembly. Equipped with standard IEC B5 motors, allowing cost savings and better availability. The motors are directly connected to the pump without the need for flexible couplings and require no alignment. Perfect alignment is guaranteed, resulting in lower maintenance costs and longer service life. An integrated shaft bearing in the intermediate section reduces axial and radial loads on the electric motor, resulting in less wear on rotating components and increasing pump reliability and durability. High hydraulic efficiency and effectiveness and low NPSH requirements. The impeller can be of a closed (TCHM) or Vortex (TCTM) type allowing pumping of clean or contaminated fluids, giving wide use of these pumps. Handling of clean or contaminated liquids in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, pulp and paper and general industries.Pompetravaini -
Centrifugal pumpsTCT series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps with vortex impellers ISO 2858
Centrifugal pump with open vortex impeller. Suitable for handling liquids with suspended solids or fibers as well as muddy and viscous media. The impeller is of the internal vortex type. The liquid is handled by means of the vortex motion created by the impeller which does not come into direct contact with the pumped liquid. The design uses the pump casing, the bearing part from the TCH series and derived series. The highly efficient characteristics are therefore retained, with the added bonus that the number of spare parts to be stocked can be reduced. The design uses the pump casing, the bearing part from the TCH series and derived series. The highly efficient characteristics are therefore retained, with the added bonus of reducing the number of spare parts to be stored. Shaft seals single or double mechanical seal (ISO 3069 / UNI EN 12756) Cartridge seal and stuffing box seal in various designs. Dimensions are in accordance with ISO 2858/DIN 24256 and are identical to the pumps in TCH. Pump and seal housings can be fitted with heating or cooling jackets as required. From the TCH series are derived the TCT series - Vortex pumps, the TCA series - open impeller and the TCD series - Thermal oil pump; all designed for very specific pumping applications. All these series use several common components. Units up to 30 kW can be close coupled, with the addition of a lantern piece to B5 flange motors. This monoblock design provides alignment advantages, easy assembly and guarantee of perfect alignment, even after transportation.Pompetravaini
Learn more about process pumps
What is a process pump?
A process pump is a type of pump used to move liquids, gases or solids in industrial processes. Unlike regular pumps, which are often used for water or simpler liquids, process pumps are designed to handle specific flow, pressure and media requirements. They are often used in manufacturing and production environments where precise and continuous flow is essential to ensure product quality and productivity.
Characteristics of process pumps
A process pump is designed to meet the high demands of industry and production. Modern process pumps combine precision, durability and efficient operation to create stable processes even in demanding environments.
Exact dosage: Many process pumps deliver very precise amounts of liquid, which is important in pharmaceutical and chemical production, for example, where small deviations can affect the final product.
High efficiency: A properly sized process pump will result in low energy consumption and reduced operating costs, especially in continuous production.
Robustness and durability: Process pumps are built to handle high pressures, varying temperatures and aggressive media without compromising performance.
Adaptability: Each process pump can be customized to specific flows, pressures and media, making process pumps suitable for many different applications.
Low maintenance requirements: With durable materials and reliable construction, process pumps require minimal maintenance and help reduce unplanned downtime.
