TBK/TBAK series - Magnetic drive centrifugal / side channel pump

The TBK/TBAK is an evolution of the standard TBH/TBA model where safety requires magnetic operation to handle and secure hazardous fluids. It has the same hydraulic characteristics with its high efficiency at low flows with high pressures.

These pumps reach a very low NPSH value making them particularly suitable for pumping liquids close to the boiling point and in difficult conditions. The special design ensures the pumping of liquids containing gases and in particular liquid gases.

Features and benefits
  • The model offers arrangements for controlling the temperature of the magnetic coupling and pump vibrations.
  • Strong magnetic coupling in SmCo (Samarium - Cobalt).
  • Silicon carbide inner bearings.
  • The pump has a self-priming feature which allows it to lift the liquid 8.5 mvp.
  • All other performance, design and application characteristics of the TBH series are maintained in this series of pumps. This ensures high modularity and interchangeability.

  • Temperature range: 300 °C (Material/application dependent)
  • Materials: Wetted parts are available in Cast Iron/Stainless Iron and AISI 316L (special materials on request).
  • Robust magnetic coupling CoSa (Samarium/Cobalt).
  • Sliding bearing SIC
  • Connection: UNI 2223-2229 PN25
  • Available in a range of options: PT-100 sensor, ATEX etc.

ED series - Magnetic drive gear pump

Environmental Duty magnetic drive gear pump, available in cast iron, steel and acid-proof steel, for applications with high environmental, safety and low total cost requirements. Magnetically coupled pumps for ultimate protection against leakage. ED pumps are a very economical solution compared to traditional sealed pumps, especially where the application requires the use of double mechanical shaft seals. Often these applications are very different, resulting in seals and support systems requiring regular attention and/or replacement. The life cycle costs of ED pumps are generally much lower than for pumps with seals.
