Revolution is a new generation piston rotor pump with an innovative design that combines the advantages of piston rotor and lobe rotor pumps. The result is improved hygiene, self-draining function, front-mounted seals and high serviceability, together with gentle, self-priming and reversible operation with low noise and minimal pulsation. The pump is flush-proof and service-friendly with front-mounted seals and UH-free gearbox. It is prepared for flushed sealing as standard and can easily be retrofitted at low cost.

This centrifugal pump is part of a complete, modular range available in a total of 29 different sizes and is adapted for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, ATEX-rated environments and other demanding environments. The design of the pump allows, for example, the motor to be replaced while the pump is installed in the piping system, without affecting its tightness. The pumps are equipped with extra internal bearings and minimal tolerances, contributing to a heavy-duty reliable design with higher efficiency and lower noise levels. A unique, self-draining and internally mounted seal provides longer life in applications such as WFI/PW, CIP and solvents. The pumps are service friendly. We provide spare parts both as loose parts and as preventive maintenance kits to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting. Extensive documentation is available as an option, with certificates and tests to simplify validation and qualification in the food and pharmaceutical industries. There is also a wide range of options and material combinations, including vibration damping feet and ATEX approval. Other options include mobile units with frequency control, inducer for low NPSH, electropolishing and drainage capabilities and more.

They can also handle hydrochloric acid, battery acid, ferric chloride, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, citric acid and similar substances. With electric motors 1 phase 230V or air motors. Motors and piping are suitable for Lutz®. All electric motors are supplied with built-in switch, overload protection, 5 m electrical cable with electrical plug. They can be supplied with or without low voltage protection and as an option with a speed regulator for variable flow.

The TS series is a newly developed hygienic twin screw pump, designed for applications with high demands on gentle product handling, hygiene and serviceability. This innovative design and technical solution is highly efficient, pulsation-free and reversible. It is CIP/SIP compliant and made entirely of stainless steel, with all wetted parts in solid SS316L. The pump has Ultra Hygienic front-mounted seals and a unique Swedish-made modular sealing solution for high reliability and easy UH/FU. The pump's heavy-duty gearbox allows the pump to be speed-controlled and serve as a CIP distribution pump, which gives you great advantages in avoiding external CIP pumps, by-pass systems and valves. The TS pump is primarily designed for hygienic applications in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries, but with its many features and benefits, it is ideal for most other process industries. Requires extremely low NPSHr and handles product with admixture of air, particles and is self-priming. Handles low and high viscous product, CIP distribution and reversible flow in one pump. Fitted as standard with IEC standard motors for a wide flow range.

Short-coupled aseptic centrifugal pump with open impeller. The CSD pumps are provided with vapor barrier between product and atmosphere to ensure product integrity. It is composed of two different flushing systems: one with very high temperature water for the mechanical seal and the other is steam on the product pump connections. Short-circuited with IEC motor. Balanced, internally mounted, protected mechanical shaft seal with rotation protection. Documentation, certificates and tests facilitate validation/qualification for the pharmaceutical industry.
