We work with leading brands such as GEA, ITT Pure-Flo and Keofitt. The valves are available in several versions, including ATEX-approved, and are supplied with full documentation.

ValvesVARIVENT® Control valve
The modular design of the VARIVENT® system offers many different options for optimal adaptation of the valve to the process. The range includes two different valve types. Type S has a diaphragm actuator and a positioner, while the type P control valve is equipped with a VARIVENT® air/spring actuator and a T.VIS® P-15 positioner. -
ValvesVARIVENT® Vacuum valve
VARIVENT® vacuum valves are designed to hygienically protect tanks against vacuum. Protection is already guaranteed when the vacuum exceeds -2.5 mbar. To minimize cleaning work and protect the valve disc against burning, the seat ring is coated with a non-stick coating. All elastomer seals used are FDA approved. VARIVENT® vacuum valves only require a fast response time when vacuum conditions occur. In addition, they have a secure seal in overpressure conditions. -

Safe control and monitoring of overflow valves in breweries, dairies, fruit juice production plants and in the pharmaceutical industry. The T.VIS® Q-15 used to control and monitor overflow valves of the VARIVENT Q series can optionally be equipped with solenoid valves. The proximity switch is mounted in the valve lantern as standard. In addition to the safe control and monitoring of Q-valve-specific functions, the T.VIS® Q-15 offers the possibility to mount the control top directly on the Q-valve.GEA -

The 24 / 7 PMO Valve® 2.0 is standardized and tailor-made for use in PMO-regulated systems. 24 / 7 PMO Valve® is a registered trade mark of GEA. It describes double-seat valves that have been authorised for use in PMO-regulated systems, where seat lifting occurs to clean the leakage chamber while the other pipeline is carrying product. This grants system operators the possibility of cleaning all valve parts in contact with the product simultaneously with the production process. In this way, the valves permit uninterrupted production on a 24/7 basis.GEA -
