Albin ALHP series - Pulsation dampeners

The Albin Pump ALHP inline pulsation damper reduces vibration and fluid hammer in your pipelines, thereby increasing hose life. The pulsation is created by the working principle of the peristaltic pump. The rubber hose in the pulsation damper adjusts its volume to compensate for the pulsation and provide a smooth flow to the outlet line. This is done by means of a thick-walled, reinforced rubber hose mounted in a cylindrical carbon steel pressure vessel. The hose is surrounded by compressed air (nitrogen if ATEX equipped).

The Albin Pump has developed a patented solution to meet the requirements of the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The pump has a unique design that allows the hose to be released from the pressure jaws. This allows efficient cleaning with external CIP systems without the need to rotate the pump.
