CN series - Hygienic centrifugal pump
The CN series is a hygienic centrifugal pump in a simpler design, especially adapted for the food, brewery and pharmaceutical industries. The pump is part of a block-mounted series of six models, all equipped with open impeller, independent shaft and IEC standard motor.
The design has been optimized to ensure a high level of hygiene by eliminating product residues and dead-legs. This enables efficient cleaning with standard CIP methods and sterilization processes with SIP. The internal surfaces of the pump are polished to a surface finish of 0.8 micron as standard, with the option of 0.5 micron on request.
- Flows up to 110 m3/h, pressures up to 70 m.
- Temperature range: -10°C ÷ +121°C
- Materials: Wetted parts CF3M 1.4409 / AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel and electropolished.
- Elastomer (FDA Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004): EPDM, Special fluorocarbon seal (FPM - FKM), FFPM - FFKM
- Connections: DIN - SMS - IDF - BS/RJT - DS - CLAMP and EN1092-1 PN16 flanges suitable for all international standards
- The pump is certified according to EHEDG and 3A for applications in breweries, dairies and other hygienic applications.
- A variety of options are available such as protective hoods, machine shoes, double seals, ATEX etc.

CSD series - Aseptic centrifugal pump
Short-coupled aseptic centrifugal pump with open impeller. The CSD pumps are provided with vapor barrier between product and atmosphere to ensure product integrity. It is composed of two different flushing systems: one with very high temperature water for the mechanical seal and the other is steam on the product pump connections. Short-circuited with IEC motor. Balanced, internally mounted, protected mechanical shaft seal with rotation protection. Documentation, certificates and tests facilitate validation/qualification for the pharmaceutical industry. -
CS/CSA series - Hygienic centrifugal pump
This centrifugal pump is part of a complete, modular range available in a total of 29 different sizes and is adapted for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, ATEX-rated environments and other demanding environments. The design of the pump allows, for example, the motor to be replaced while the pump is installed in the piping system, without affecting its tightness. The pumps are equipped with extra internal bearings and minimal tolerances, contributing to a heavy-duty reliable design with higher efficiency and lower noise levels. A unique, self-draining and internally mounted seal provides longer life in applications such as WFI/PW, CIP and solvents. The pumps are service friendly. We provide spare parts both as loose parts and as preventive maintenance kits to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting. Extensive documentation is available as an option, with certificates and tests to simplify validation and qualification in the food and pharmaceutical industries. There is also a wide range of options and material combinations, including vibration damping feet and ATEX approval. Other options include mobile units with frequency control, inducer for low NPSH, electropolishing and drainage capabilities and more.
