MC Series - Eccentric screw pump for demanding viscosities
Eccentric screw pump in series design for demanding applications in the process industry. With efficient product handling, these pumps are ideal for use in pulp and paper, chemical, sludge handling and other harsh environments.
- MC series offers pulsation-free flow and high suction capacity
- The wide pump range includes connections up to DN150, and there is the option of several rectangular openings for heavy-duty applications.
- Optimized rotor/stator geometry and unique rotor designs ensure long life and low operating costs, making the pump both durable and cost-effective.
- Flows up to: 130 m3/h and pressure up to 24 Bar
- Temperature range: 100 °C
- Material: Wetted parts can be chosen between AISI 304 and 316L
- Stators: GA - NBR black GB - EPDM GD - FKM rubber Fluoroelastomer GE - HYPALON rubber GF - NBR white GG - NATURAL rubber GJ - HYDRO-TREATED NITR. rubber GL - SBR SCA972 GM - EPDM (white rubber)
- Sealing options: Single internal and external mechanical seal, double mechanical seal and cooled stuffing box seals.
- Connections: DIN, SMS, Clamp (Other connections on request)
- A range of options is available: Wide range of materials, finishes and accessories for compact, mobile or fixed installations. ATEX etc.
