Features and benefits
- Unique design with built-in check valve that can handle suction heights up to 7.5 m. The design allows for the replacement of submersible pumps with dry-installed service-friendly installations.
- Open impellers and free passages allow for contaminated liquids with up to 76 mm particles. Front-mounted inspection hatches and back-pull out design contribute to easy maintenance and inspections.
- The pumps are available in many different material combinations and designs to optimally suit each application.
- Conical seal chamber with internally mounted balanced carbide or silicon carbide seals as standard provides long service life.
- Available in block-mounted versions as well as with free shaft end and reinforced bearing.

These robust and reliable pumps are based on the TCH series. They are manufactured in accordance with ISO standards 2858 and 5199. They are available in combination in simple monobloc assembly. Equipped with standard IEC B5 motors, allowing cost savings and better availability. The motors are directly connected to the pump without the need for flexible couplings and require no alignment. Perfect alignment is guaranteed, resulting in lower maintenance costs and longer service life.
An integrated shaft bearing in the intermediate section reduces axial and radial loads on the electric motor, resulting in less wear on rotating components and increasing pump reliability and durability.

The impeller can be of a closed (TCHM) or Vortex (TCTM) type allowing pumping of clean or contaminated fluids, giving wide use of these pumps.

TCT series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps with vortex impellers ISO 2858
Centrifugal pump with open vortex impeller. Suitable for handling liquids with suspended solids or fibers as well as muddy and viscous media.
The impeller is of the internal vortex type. The liquid is handled by means of the vortex motion created by the impeller which does not come into direct contact with the pumped liquid.
The design uses the pump casing, the bearing part from the TCH series and derived series. The highly efficient characteristics are therefore retained, with the added bonus that the number of spare parts to be stocked can be reduced.

The TCA is a chemical centrifugal pump with a fully open impeller, designed for handling abrasive liquids as well as suspensions and solids. The impeller rotates between two wear plates, front and rear, which can be easily replaced in case of prolonged wear.
The special four-blade hydraulic profile offers high hydraulic efficiency and low NPSH requirements.
