Bertoli - Homogenizer
This homogenizer is developed and manufactured by Bertoli, which has been producing homogenizers and high-pressure pumps for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical-technical process industries since 1974.
The in-house test laboratory allows for pre-studies of product and customized devices for optimal production.
The homogenizer is manufactured in acid-proof steel AISI 316L, Super Duplex, SAF 2205 and with valves and pistons in ceramic and tungsten carbide. It can be delivered certified according to 3-A and GOST on request.
- Complete range of homogenizers and high pressure pumps of the highest quality for flows 10 lit/h - 60 000 lit/h and pressures up to 2000 bar.
- DUPLEX SAF2507 and SAF2205 as standard and a range of application-specific material combinations for high flexibility and reliable processes.
- Unique patented self-alignment of pistons and extra bearing in the gearbox provides long life, low UH requirements and low noise levels.
- Newly developed and Patented ”Margherita”, unique high efficiency homogenizing valve enabling up to 30% energy saving potential as well as reduced UH requirements and improved product quality.
- High flexibility, in-house production of all components and an in-house development department provide optimal solutions for specific requirements with short delivery times.
- Extensive knowledge of documentation, a new test center and separate assembly modules ensure the highest safety and quality.
- Robust and compact design, 1- or 2-stage valves, fixed or variable flows, added NPSH and low noise levels. Also available as Laboratory Homogenizers, model Atomo/Molecola.
- Own production and development for 40 years and now part of the world-renowned Interpump Group.
