60 Shore A Versilic® tubing is biologically neutral and does not inhibit cell growth. It remains flexible down to -50°C and retains its chemical, mechanical and electrical properties up to +200°C, peaking at 250°C. It meets the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia tests and USP Class VI biological tests. It is also tested according to ISO 10993 for biocompatibility, including systemic toxicity, irritation, cytotoxicity, hemolysis, sensitization and Ames test. It complies with FDA and BfR positive lists as well as food-grade tests under the EC Directive. Versilic® can be used as non-invasive medical tubing for up to 29 days of contact.

Bertoli - Homogenizer

This homogenizer is developed and manufactured by Bertoli, which has been producing homogenizers and high-pressure pumps for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical-technical process industries since 1974. The in-house test laboratory allows for preliminary studies of the product and customized units for optimal production. The homogenizer is manufactured in acid-proof steel AISI 316L, Super Duplex, SAF 2205 and with valves and pistons in ceramic and tungsten carbide. It can be delivered certified according to 3-A and GOST on request.
