RTP® series - Lob rotor pump for tankers
Lobe rotor pump adapted for gentle product handling, hygienic design and high chemical resistance. Developed rotor geometry provides high efficiency and gentle product handling. Designed for easy maintenance requiring no special tools for disassembly.
- SAE mounting flange with two or four bolts for applications with short-coupled hydraulic operation.
- Suitable for most types of seals: e.g. mechanical seals according to DIN24960/EN12756.
- Developed for CIP/SIP. Drainable in vertical installation.
- Sealed gearbox with long-term lubrication eliminates the need for inspection and oil refilling.
- Designed for 3A standard.
- Flows 76.8 m3/h and pressures up to 12 Bar.
- Materials: Wetted parts made of 316L stainless steel and gear housing made of aluminum, resulting in a low total weight.
- Elastomer: EPDM FDA, Nitrile FDA, Viton FDA, FFKM FDA (other materials on request).
- Connections: Camlock, ACME and DIN 11851 ports (other connections on request)
- Available in a range of options: Built-on overflow valve, ATEX, etc.
