Tygon® XLCOMP 60 IB
Tygon® XLCOMP 60 IB from Saint-Gobain is a high performance hose designed for resin injection and transfer molding of composite parts.
It meets the stringent and demanding requirements of composite manufacturing to handle resin media. To increase end-part quality, productivity and speed in these processes, the technical requirements for resin transfer moulding (RTM) are becoming increasingly important. This is especially true for OEMs.
To ensure proper resin transfer, the Tygon® XLCOMP 60 IB hose is designed to withstand high temperatures up to 200°C and injection pressures up to 8.5 bar.
Made of silicone material and approved by aircraft manufacturers, this specific composition is ideal for the transportation of resin.
