Versatile hose specially designed to guarantee the highest purity in the transportation of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and chemicals in aseptic environments.
The hose is carefully developed to combine the technical advantages of a perfluoropolymer with the flexibility and heat resistance of silicone. This creates an optimal solution for demanding applications.
For the customer, this means a reliable and durable solution that maintains product quality. It also minimizes the risk of contamination and can withstand high temperatures without compromising performance.
- ID Sizes 1/2″ - 3″ (13mm - 76mm)
- Temperatures between -30°C - +150°C
- Pressure up to 10 bar and full vacuum
- Smooth white PFA inside and platinum-cured silicone outside
- Highly flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and sterilization up to +135°C, at 3.5 bar for max 30 minutes
- Complies with: USP Class VI, FDA and ISO 10993
