Versilon™ ReVive
Hose made of 100 % recycled material.
Versilon™ ReVive is a clear thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) hose made from 100 % recycled pre-consumer material. It is designed for handling aggressive chemicals and has excellent sealing and welding properties. The hose is chemically resistant to a wide range of liquids, including acids and bases, as well as resistant to ozone, oxygen and sunlight.
The manufacturing process is carefully controlled by collecting material from another production site to be reground and finalized in production.
Inspection and batch tracking information is easily accessible as batch numbers are assigned. The hose is packaged in a carton containing between 33 % and 55 % of recycled material and is 100 % recyclable. Saint-Gobain also has the ability to create a variety of sizes or coil lengths for your specific needs.
