Tygon® Ink 1000
Ultra chemical resistant hose for UV ink transfer.
The Tygon® Ink 1000 hose from Saint-Gobain has been specifically developed for UV ink transfer and is equipped with industry standard UV blocking properties. Through accelerated testing, Ink 1000 has proven that it can preserve the integrity of the ink thanks to our patented technology. This makes it an ideal solution for the UV market.
In ink transfer, chemical compatibility and flexibility are two of the most important criteria to ensure good performance. Tygon® Ink 1000 is designed to deliver premium performance in environments where UV inks are used, such as digital printing and 3D printing. The product has been tested with various solvents (IBOA, VMOX, HDDA, etc.). It has shown excellent chemical resistance over an extended test period.
