Tygon® HA-1000
Chemical resistant dispensing hose for food and beverages.
The Tygon® HA-1000 hose from Saint-Gobain is specially developed for food and beverage applications involving high alcohol content and high acidity. With outstanding chemical resistance to highly alcoholic or acidic materials, the hose is an ideal choice for transferring ambient and chilled media.
Tygon® HA-1000 has a non-porous interior that prevents particle entrapment and is more resistant to staining than most soft plastics. The hose also has outstanding resistance to strong alkaline cleaners and is not affected by common disinfectants.

- Smooth, non-porous inner surface prevents particle build-up and improves flow
- Resists discoloration from highly acidic and colored foods (e.g. spices)
- Transparent wall - allows visual monitoring of fluid flow
- Contains no plasticizers or phthalates
- Low sorption - minimizes cross-contamination and preserves media purity
